Our backstory
ABOUT
Tropic Leap is run by Olly Murphy, a growth and marketing leader with a decade of experience in high growth tech environments.
He founded the practice to help teams building freedom tech – products that put people in control of their lives – find market traction and scale faster.
Previously, he was VP Marketing at Pod Point, a venture-backed electric vehicle charging firm, where he led brand, growth and product marketing.
As part of the early team, he was instrumental in scaling from startup to IPO, driving hyper revenue growth (£4.5m-£71.4m) and hitting 50% market share in the UK.
